Berlin
Reference: 2659849

Your Mission

We are the Immersive Applications team at MBition, building next-generation in-car experiences for Mercedes-Benz and AMG. We develop 3D applications (Unity), games, and audio-visual experiences that push what’s possible inside a vehicle.

Sneak preview of your future tasks

You’ll join a cross-functional team that values ownership, autonomy, and impact. We move fast, communicate openly, and expect you to shape your own work.

You will:

  • Define test strategies and test cases — Partner with developers and testing experts to design holistic test strategies for our projects. Specify test plans and cases that ensure quality across performance, system-level, and integration boundaries.

  • Build automation tooling for build, deployment, and test execution — Create pipelines that automate the full development chain: building artifacts, deploying to test benches and test vehicles, executing tests, and reporting results. Replace manual effort with reliable, repeatable processes.

  • Deploy AI agents and tools for developer enablement — Identify manual and redundant work across the team, then build tools, pipelines, and agents that eliminate it.

Your Profile

  • Enrolled at a university in Computer Science or a related field (Bachelor or Master)

  • Available for at least 6 months, minimum 20 hours/week

  • Solid Python and scripting skills

  • Linux fundamentals

Nice to have:

  • Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines

  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence

  • Exposure to Android application development or Unity 3D Engine

What sets you apart:

  • You take ownership and drive topics independently — without waiting for permission

  • You stay organized across a diverse, multi-project technology landscape

  • You communicate proactively — aligning with stakeholders before being asked

  • You’re comfortable with ambiguity — you define the path forward, not just follow it

  • An opportunity to lead initiatives and drive changes
