No two days in the CEO Office are the same.
One day, you might be preparing a leadership workshop, creating executive presentations, and coordinating stakeholder communication. • Support calendar coordination and scheduling activities in defined coverage situations.
  • Assist with travel planning, travel expense reporting, reimbursement processes, and related administrative tasks.
  • Conduct research and prepare concise analyses, summaries, and background information on business and strategic topics.
  • Support internal communication and stakeholder coordination across departments and leadership teams.
  • Contribute to CEO-sponsored projects, organizational initiatives, and process improvement activities.
