As an Office Administration Intern, you will support the daily office operations and contribute to creating a positive workplace experience for our employees and visitors. You will work closely with the Finance & Administration team, employees across the organization and external service providers to ensure smooth and efficient office management processes.

- Support welcoming visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment while directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with office access management and visitor registration processes.
- Schedule appointments and conference room bookings, ensuring all necessary preparations are made in advance.
- Support coordinating office supplies, their inventory and procurement.
- Managing courier services, incoming and outgoing deliveries and office correspondence.
- Supporting the organization of company events, townhalls, workshops, meetings and catering services.
- Assisting in maintaining administrative records and supporting related documentation processes.
- Helping employees with business travel arrangements and related administrative processes, including travel requests, documentation, and coordination with travel agencies.
- Contributing to workplace improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience.
- Communicating with internal stakeholders and external vendors regarding administrative and facility-related matters.
- Support the digitalization and optimization of administrative processes using digital and AI-supported tools
Your Profile
- Current university student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- Strong interest in office management, workplace operations, and employee experience.
