Why did you choose to work for MBition? What is your favourite part of working at our company?
MBition gives the chance to work within the complexity of the automotive industry on topics of agile fast evolving software developments. This combination is a great challenge that gives a lot of opportunities and enables a great learning curve.

The company culture is characterized by very young and very international people that are eager to make a difference in the software development of future cars.
What is one thing that you wish people knew about your job?
Working on fast developing topics that are new to the automotive industry give the chance to work on new approaches and on having a great impact on the success.
What is the most interesting project you’ve worked on here – and why?
Setting up a legal & compliance team and structure that fulfills requirements and interests of both: a large Group as well as a small agile working entity. I like to see the advantages of both and try to combine them to the best outcome for MBition.
What methods characterize the work at MBition and how do they improve the outcome?
In order to develop software for the cars in fast and agile way all teams in the company have to work closely with each other within a lean hierarchy. This implies the capability to think out of boxes of responsibility and the willingness to make a difference.
What do you enjoy most about working at MBition Berlin / Sofia?
I really like my team and the opportunity to enable business of MBition with the legal & compliance support.
How will MBition impact / advance the automotive industry?
I am sure that with the MBitioneers we have the right people to have a great impact on Software in future cars.
