Sneak preview of your future tasks

You are joining a team which is responsible for the overall projects test plan; who defines the required test activities and ensures that the test activities can be executed with the existing infrastructure and environment.
As a working student, you will be supporting the team on test management on further development of an automation tool running in our projects DevOps infrastructure assessing the quality of repositories and evaluating it against defined policies. 
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Improve test automation procedures and test management for next-generation in-car infotainment system.
  • Investigate and develop tools and scripts to support analysis and report activities.
  • Document development activities and How To’s.
  • Analyze and improve the SDLC activities.
  • Practice continuous feedback collection and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including test engineers, system architects and software developers in order to coordinate the development of the automation framework.

Your Profile

Education

  • You continue your master studies (or equivalent) in electronic/embedded engineering, automotive engineering, computer science, or a comparable field.
  • It is mandatory to be enrolled in a university for the whole employment time.

Experience

  • Familiar with SW testing concepts.
  • Familiar with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

Nice to have

  • ISTQB FL study/certificate.
  • Basic Programming knowledge in an object oriented programming language (C++, C#, Python, etc.).
  • Scripting knowledge.
  • Familiar with Atlassian JIRA, Grafana, and GitLab-CI.

  • You are innovative and creative.
