Your Mission

As a working student in virtual assistant domain, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student – Project Support to support us in day-to-day project support & coordination tasks. This is a unique opportunity for a student with a strong engineering foundation and business understanding.

Sneak preview of your future tasks

•    Support in Virtual Assistant related project activities and delivery coordination.
•    Create and maintain Mural boards and visual workflows, manage Jira dashboard and confluence documents.
•    Support the development of roadmaps, project updates, and alignment materials.
•    Support in translating strategic direction and vision into actionable summaries or materials.
•    Track progress on key initiatives and ensure timely execution of action items.
•    Test coordination together with Test Lead.
•    Target time (testing in a car) preparation.
•    Help shape and structure cross-functional project communication.
•    Assist in preparing content for leadership reviews and cross-team briefings.
•    Bring an analytical mindset to help improve internal processes and project alignment.

Your Profile

Education:

  • Currently pursuing a master’s degree, ideally an MBA with a background in Engineering (e.g., Computer Science, or related).
  • Enrolled at a recognized university in Germany.

Experience & Skills:

  • Good understanding of Software Development and agile framework.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Miro/Mural, Office 365, and general productivity tools.
  • Ability to synthesize complex technical input into concise, high-impact materials.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in English.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Previous exposure to engineering or tech-driven environments is a strong plus.

  • Good understanding of software development.
