Sneak preview of your future tasks

As a member of the App Enabler Domain Steering team, you will be key contact for defect management. You will be closely working with Domain Test Lead and Product Owners to process software defects, reports those in different project stakeholders which eventually helps to deliver better quality software.
In App Enabler domain, we provide platform and application services that provides features to build reusable Application for infotainment system of Mercedes Benz.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Review defects of different software components & feature for the domain
  • Co-ordinate the defects between teams
  • Support Product Owners to maintain the up-to-date release version into the defect management system
  • Maintain & update different defect dashboards, prepare materials for stakeholders
  • Develop defect triaging tools and automation around it

 

Your Profile

Experience:

  • Previous experience of Software development/testing would be desirable

Nice to have:

  • Experience of working in Software project in scrum teams
  • Experience of manual & automated testing
  • Previous experience of defect management

Personal skills:

  • Proficiency in problem solving and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Personal initiative and perseverance
  • Ability to communicate progress and problems in a timely manner
  • Aspiration to engineering excellence

 
Language skills:

  • Proficient in English. German is a plus
