Your Mission

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle and contribute to the continuous development of HR processes and practices. 

The role serves as a trusted HR partner, working closely with employees, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to support positive employee experience and the continuous improvement of HR processes and people-related initiatives.

Generalist HR Function

  • Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR Business Partners to support the implementation of HR initiatives, address employee and organizational needs, and ensure consistent application of HR processes and practices.
  • Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, workshops, and other HR-related activities.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly HR KPIs, reports, and workforce analytics for the relevant stakeholders. 
  • Assist in preparing HR documentation and records required for audits, inspections, and management reviews.
  • Participate in local and global HR projects and initiatives, as required.

HR Governance and Compliance

  • Collaborate closely with the HR Operations Specialist and payroll provider to ensure payroll processing is performed accurately and in accordance with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Serve as a backup to the HR Operations Specialist, when required, and act as a counterpart in HR operations, benefits administration, and payroll activities to ensure the appropriate application of the four-eyes principle and related internal controls.
  • Ensure compliance of HR policies and processes with local labor laws, regulations, corporate governance requirements, internal controls, standard operating procedures, and service level agreements.
  • Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR process documentation and records.

HR Processes and Operational Documentation

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve HR standard operating procedures, work instructions and other HR documentation.
  • Partner with HR leadership to streamline and standardize HR processes and workflows.
  • Maintain HR-related process descriptions within the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring alignment with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

HR Systems 

  • Support the implementation and rollout of HRIS systems and digital HR solutions.
  • Participate in HR transformation initiatives and collaborate with local and global stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new HR processes and tools.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably within an international and matrix organization.
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, and employment legislation.
  • Experience in drafting, implementing, and maintaining HR procedures and operational documentation.
  • Experience supporting Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015) and maintaining process documentation within a structured governance framework.
  • Experience participating in HRIS implementation projects (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or similar systems).
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
