Your Mission

We are looking for a highly motivated HR Data Analysis Intern to support our Compensation Team with a focus on the Annual Salary Review Process. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data. You will play a crucial part in gathering and analyzing data to ensure accurate and equitable compensation decisions across the organization.
As a part of the HR team, you will gain hands-on experience with compensation analytics and the salary review process, helping drive data-driven decision-making.

Sneak preview of your future tasks

  • Assist the compensation team in collecting, organizing, and analyzing compensation data for the Annual Salary Review Process.
  • Perform detailed data analysis using Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas) to support salary review and compensation benchmarking.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of salary data by performing data validation and quality checks on large datasets.
  • Collaborate with the HR and compensation teams to update and maintain salary databases and compensation structures.
  • Help prepare reports and visualizations using PowerPoint to present compensation insights and trends to HR leadership and stakeholders.

Your Profile

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, data validation, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex datasets and interpret data trends.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present data clearly and effectively through PowerPoint and other visualization tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience or coursework related to compensation, HR data analytics, or business analytics.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and compensation software is a plus.
