Sneak preview of your future tasks

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Team Lead to oversee key HR functions, including HR Business Partnering, HR Operations/Admin, People and Organizational Development (POD), and HR Systems. This role involves supervising these critical HR teams and systems, ensuring efficient and effective enactment and administration of HR policies and programs, and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals in these areas.

  • With your team, you are responsible for HR Business Partner activities and POD initiatives such as talent development, employee engagement, and organizational change.
  • You oversee and steer HR Operations processes, including all guidelines related to payroll and compliance, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with company rule, guidelines, and objectives.
  • You continuously improve existing HR processes as well as develop and maintain HR metrics and reporting systems, providing facts and figures to Top management.
  • You manage and optimize HR systems and processes to ensure they meet business needs and enhance operational effectiveness. 
  • You drive HR projects and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that HR systems and processes support the organization’s growth and development.
  • Together with the business team leads of MBition, you develop and implement new HR requirements, standards, and concepts, ensuring alignment with broader business goals. Together with the business team leads of MBition, you develop and implement new requirements, standards, and concept.
  • Together with our labour law expert, you are the main contact for operational topics to our works council and build up a trustful collaboration and daily exchange with our works council.

Your Profile

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Experience in HR operations, business partnering, talent development, and HR systems as well as HR transformations projects.
  • Experience in payroll, data protection, compliance, and HR digitalization.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment/German labor laws.

Personal skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Hands-On-Mentality, highly developed communication ability as well as leading spirit

Language skills:

  • Fluent English (C1) as well as German is required.
