Your Mission
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated intern for our legal department. You should have a solid legislative knowledge and a passion for working with data and processes. As part of the legal team, you will gain hands-on knowledge of legal processes and experience within procedures in a corporate environment, as well as working across different teams.
Period of internship is limited to 1 year.
Sneak preview of your future tasks
- Draft and update internal procedures, including policy ownership descriptions.
- Update organizational documents to meet current document control standards (procedures, contract register).
- Ensure Confluence documentation is current from a legal and compliance standpoint, maintaining accurate links to relevant internal and group documents (DPAs, NDAs).
- Support GDPR processes and documentation, including updating RoPA process descriptions for accuracy.
- Assist with policy implementation and communication, including Gap/Risk Analysis.
- Align and draft new or updated processes across organizational functions.
- Optionally, support organization-wide process flow mapping in Signavio or Confluence.
Your Profile
- You are currently pursuing or already have completed a degree in Law.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy of provided information.
- Interest in working with various systems and tools.
- High level of assertiveness, initiative and commitment.
- Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
- Good knowledge in MS Office.
- Proficiency in English; German is an advantage.

- You are communicative and like to get actively involved in topics.
- You value compliance with rules and structured work.
- You possess a “getting-things-done” mentality.
