As an Infrastructure Engineering Intern, you will support the daily operation and maintenance of MBition’s IT infrastructure and end-user environment. You will work closely with the Infrastructure Engineering team, assisting with system administration, user support, device management, and infrastructure-related projects to help ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT services across the organization.
Duration of internship: 12 months
Sneak preview of your future tasks
- Support the administration and maintenance of Windows as well as Linux operation systems.
- Assist with user account, permissions, and access control management.
- Help configuring and maintaining all end-user devices, including issisting with software installation, updating, and patching.
- Participate in first-level technical support as well as troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Help monitoring system performance and ensure operational reliability.
- Support network, server, and cloud infrastructure activities.
- Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in IT improvement projects and automation initiatives.
Your Profile
- Student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and user management concepts.
- Interest in cloud technologies and IT infrastructure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and willingness to help others.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good command of English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Linux administration.
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
- Previous academic or personal IT projects.
