Your Mission

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support the Human Resources team with day-to-dayadministrative activities across core HR functions. This internship provides hands-on exposure to HRoperations, including employee records management, employment documentation, and administrativesupport. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical HR experience in a professional,collaborative environment.

Sneak preview of your future tasks

  • Maintain and update employee records (paper and electronic), ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Support HRIS data entry related to new hires, changes, and terminations.
  • Assist in preparing HR documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, onboarding documents, and termination paperwork, in line with legal and internal requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact for basic employee HR queries, providing accurate information or redirecting to the appropriate HR contact.
  • Support the administration of training programs by maintaining training records and assisting with session organization.
  • Provide administrative support related to employee benefits, including record updates and basic employee inquiries.
  • Maintain internal HR knowledge bases (e.g. SharePoint or Confluence), ensuring content is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with internal communication materials, events and initiatives.

Your Profile

  • Currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to quickly learn HR systems.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Fluency in English
