Your Mission
Duration of internship: 12 monthsÂ
- You will work on the configuration, optimization, and integration of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) into real production environments.
- You will take ownership of developing and improving Atlassian workflows, automations, and system configurations.
- You will design, document, implement, and integrate solutions supporting internal teams and business processes.
- You will test thoroughly at component level, validate configurations across environments, and help ensure smooth usage by real stakeholders.
Sneak preview of your future tasks
- Configure, integrate, and develop Atlassian solutions based on given requirements and existing process architecture.
- Design, document, implement, and integrate workflow improvements, custom fields, schemes, permission models, dashboards, and automations.
- Test and validate solutions across different teams and environments.
- Support end users, analyze requests, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain high system reliability.
- Assist in building integrations between Atlassian tools and other platforms using REST APIs or automation frameworks.
Your Profile
- You are currently studying or have recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or another related field.
- You have a strong interest in administrative or consulting work with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
- You have general technical knowledge in software development, IT systems, or cloud technologies.
- Any familiarity with Jira or Confluence (even as a user) is considered an advantage.
- Understanding of web technologies (HTTP, REST APIs, JSON) or scripting (Python/Bash) is a plus, but not mandatory.
- You are proficient in English.
