Your Mission
- Consult supervisors in all questions and belongings regarding HR (including employee relations and resolving conflicts).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as HR policies and procedures—governance role.
- Consult managers in implementing performance management processes.
- Assist in talent management (e.g., talent identification, development, and retention).
- Consult in change initiatives and manage the human side of change.
- Drive organizational development and effectiveness.
- Develop strategic workforce plans aligned with business needs.
- Provide coaching to managers and employees.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Use HR metrics to inform business decisions.
- Promote culture and diversity initiatives.
- Ensure HR programs are communicated and implemented in the business/department.
- Manage the recruiting process (e.g., hiring strategy & plan, candidate assessment, writing job descriptions, etc.)
Your Profile
Education:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience & Skills:
- Several years of experience in the HR field.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying information to various stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analysing data and metrics to inform HR decisions and strategies.
- Problem-Solving and Strategic Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Employment Laws: Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance regulations, and best practices in HR.
Language
- Fluent in English – at least a C2 Level
- Fluent in German – at least a C2 Level
