The user-centered design process is an interactive cycle where every step is evaluated against the initially identified requirements of the users and integrated until these requirements are met. Evaluation methods include:
Small groups of carefully chosen participants, guided by an experienced moderator, sharing their opinions on a product
Creative and playful method to generate loads of ideas that can later be transformed into tangible projects
Regular, quick usability checks with little effort where everyone in the company is invited to chat with our customers
Combination of verbal feedback (“thinking aloud”), explicit performance measures as well as implicit data from eye-tracking
A helpful everyday tool to focus on user needs, empathize with our customers and communicate with stakeholders
A group of experts, evaluating a product based on design principles and usability heuristics
A model-based analysis method to determine which features of a product have the greatest impact on user satisfaction
Our headquarter was designed with our employees in mind:
Quiet offices, light meeting rooms and communal areas were planned so that we could provide the right setting for everyone to reach their potential.

I was very impressed as this company started as a start-up and grew rapidly within months. By the time I joined, we were still less than 300 people and I saw this opportunity as a way to contribute to an exciting, forward-thinking and fast-moving company. It was a perfect environment to make and learn from your mistakes.
And I had my best and most fun internship here :)
