The user-centered design process is an interactive cycle where every step is evaluated against the initially identified requirements of the users and integrated until these requirements are met. Evaluation methods include:
Small groups of carefully chosen participants, guided by an experienced moderator, sharing their opinions on a product
Creative and playful method to generate loads of ideas that can later be transformed into tangible projects
Regular, quick usability checks with little effort where everyone in the company is invited to chat with our customers
Combination of verbal feedback (“thinking aloud”), explicit performance measures as well as implicit data from eye-tracking
A helpful everyday tool to focus on user needs, empathize with our customers and communicate with stakeholders
A group of experts, evaluating a product based on design principles and usability heuristics
A model-based analysis method to determine which features of a product have the greatest impact on user satisfaction

There are many items, which keep me busy and make me go to the office every morning. As “some” examples – to create the best team around embedded technologies starting from low-level and ending up at frontend/UI level, grow teams’ and Company’s expertise in this area and technical innovation, supporting our teams with strategic direction and priorities as well as ensuring delivery. At the same time, I am actively contributing to shaping MBition as Company and Employer. And as I mentioned before, there are many more.
MBition is a unique place where spirit, technologies, software, product development and cars are blended in the right proportion.
I have decided that software development would be my future being 8 years old.
Leonardo da Vinci. He is genius, isn’t he?
I would become an astronaut or commercial aviation pilot. No jokes.
“On top of mentioned before, I’m working on our next generation infotainment system. As we all do at MBition.”
MBition is a young company with an agile mindset working on software. All of my likes combined into one.
Love being in the mountains with my family (in summer as well as in winter)
Marco Polo because I enjoy to travel and to explore. I like Asia (lived in Japan for a while), like the culture, the food and would be great to get more insights on his adventures in a completely different point of time. Would need a translator though.
I love being in the air. So being a pilot would be an awesome alternative!
Providing the best infotainment system possible

MBition is one such diverse company located in the heart of Berlin with world class engineers with agile mindsets. It is a place for learning, exploring new ideas and innovation. These are the factors which attracted me to MBition.

I am responsible for the development of the next generation digital cockpit UI. This is the whole surface of displays in front and around the car passenger, which offers an endless space for entertaining and supporting the driving and living time in the vehicle.
After having delivered several infotainment projects to Daimler from the supplier’s side, I found the challenge to develop a wholly new product in-house extremely challenging and I did not have to think twice before taking the opportunity.
I come from the Italian Alps and before entering the IT business I was part of the national skiing team. Focus and resilience still accompany me in the daily challenges.
It would be funny to have a chat with Christopher Columbus and ask him about his navigation failure.
I’m very much a European Union fan, so maybe I’d be sitting in Strasbourg or Brussels working for some EU agency.

My main responsibilities are design and execute asset and license management policies, procedures and processes. I coordinate with the IT team in utilizing the asset management tools to analyze, review and track hardware, license and software data. Additionally, I do assist in inventory management, procurement and shipment activities.
Furthermore, I manage the Jira IT Service Desk and maintain the various workflows and permissions. I helped in creating reports, filters, improved the overall user experience and review on regular basis the potential areas for further refining.
I was very impressed as this company started as a start-up and grew rapidly within months. By the time I joined, we were still less than 300 people and I saw this opportunity as a way to contribute to an exciting, forward-thinking and fast-moving company. It was a perfect environment to make and learn from your mistakes.
And I had my best and most fun internship here :)
