Engineering Lead for Process Quality Engineers (All genders) - Berlin

Your Mission
As Engineering Lead for a group of Process Quality Engineers, you will lead, develop and empower a group of process experts. You will grow and lead the team to excellence and tobecome self-directed. Together with your team you will ensure process compliance and a constant focus on (process) quality across our whole organization. You will contribute to ourQuality Assurance strategy and will support teams to set up processes, tools, and methods as per Way of Working and in adherence to requirements from process models such asASPICE, FuSa, or Cyber Security. You will work closely with our Agile Coaches and Quality Assurance Managers to improve Way of Working. You will be responsible for hiring and theprofessional development of your team. You will ultimately create transparency on our quality objectives and work products, highlight gaps but also coach the organization to develop aquality mindset and continuously improve.
Your Profile
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a team lead
  • relevant job experience as a Quality Engineer or Quality Assurance Manager
  • automotive software development background and experience
  • experience in leading or supporting quality improvement initiatives
  • deep understanding of Quality Systems and industry requirements (IATF 16949, ISO 26262, ASPICE).
  • experience with agile methods and their implementation in automotive
  • strong and efficient oral, written, and comprehension English language skills.
Nice to have

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with Data analytic and/or DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Artifactory) for review, tracking, and audits
  • Experience with Automotive APQP, DFMEA/PFMEA, Functional Safety
  • ASPICE Provisional Assessor / ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification.
