Your Mission
  • You will consult your business team leads and employees in all HR-relevant topics (employee life-cycle)
  • You will support to ensure a great candidate and employee experience (for example a smooth onboarding)
  • You will be in contact and work close together with the HR department and other departments from MBition Berlin to continue to build the company MBition Sofia EOOD
  • Together with the executives and HR colleagues (in Berlin and Sofia), you will work on projects and implement strategies
  • You will support the HR reporting and create overviews for our internal stakeholders
  • You will always consider HR data protection and HR compliance, and also bring up innovative ideas
  • Additionally, you will be leading a team member and support on the business related issues
Your Profile
  • You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on human resources or you have completed a comparable education
  • You have significant experience of working as an HR Business Partner
  • You are already familiar or willing to learn in the fields HR-Data protection and HR-Compliance
  • You have proven track record of working internationally and ideally already gained experience in a tech start-up environment
  • You have valuable expertise in the Microsoft Office package, especially strong Excel skills
  • Managing a team member would be a plus point
Personal skills
  • You are characterized by a high level of self-initiative, communication and negotiation skills and being a team player.
  • You have a hands-on-mentality and getting things done
  • You are innovative and at the same time well-organized
  • You are flexible with a positive attitude
Language skills
  • Bulgarian (C1) and English (mind. B2+) skills complete your profile
