Your Mission
  • You shape our new HR IT tools and processes to ensure a great customer experience for both our Software developers and HR
  • You automatize HR processes, design tool interfaces and conduct risk assessments with the help of IT experts and HR legal
  • You are the contact person for internal and external audit assessors
  • you are responsible to – together with our team – prepare, conduct and debrief audits successfully
  • You will be in contact with HR legal + compliance, HR reporting and different business stakeholders
Your Profile
  • You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on Human Resources Management or other relevant fields

  • You have gained considerable experience in HR and HRIT administration
  • You have experience with the implementation of (cloud based) HR tools
  • You have ideally worked in an international and tech start-up environment before
  • You have proven track record in using common HR software incl. very good MS Excel skills

  • You have a can-do attitude
  • You have very good project and time management skills
  • You are able to be innovative but also keeping work law, data protection and compliance in mind when designing and optimizing new feature
  • You bring communication and negotiation skills and feel comfortable with all hierarchy levels
  • You are characterized by self-initiative, precision and social competence

Language skills
•    Excellent German(C1) and English (C1) skills complete your profile
