Your Mission
As Agile Coach at MBition you will facilitate, improve and coordinate the work of our Product Security domain. In the Product Security domain, we develop features and tools to secure the future infotainment system and its platform for Mercedes-Benz cars. 
You will coach our teams, moderate discussions and actively promote agile working methods within the organization. Doing so, you will help the team to continuously improve workflows and achieve sprint goals smoothly. Furthermore, you will be also part of a larger project team that embraces the mindset of agile development and takes responsibility for our products and services.

In our team, we are developing features and tools to secure the future infotainment system and its platform for Mercedes-Benz cars.
As an agile coach of our Product Security team you will:
  • Influence how everyday work is performed within the product security team.
  • Facilitate and coordinate the development work within the team and make sure the team maintains a high quality workflow and strives towards continuous improvement in its everyday work.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the agile way of working within the Connected Services Team as a whole.

Your Profile
Education
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication Technology or a comparable qualification.
Experience 
  • Relevant job experience as Agile Coach, e.g. Scrum Master
  • Proven track record in establishing and scaling agile methodologies in tech teams and larger organizations
  • Experience in agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and agile tools 
Nice to have
  • Certified Scrum Master
  • Experience with planning in Atlassian JIRA
  • First experience in Embedded software development teams
  • First experience gathered with programming and software development
  • Interest/passion about cyber security or experience working with a cyber security team in the past.
Personal skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills 
  • Very good organizational skills 
  • Assertiveness and a well-structured way of working
Language skills
  • Excellent English proficiency; German proficiency is a plus
