Project Manager for Infotainment Applications (all genders) - Berlin

Your Mission
The Project and System Team leads the development of new infotainment customer-facing applications for Mercedes-Benz cars. The team steers more than 25 cross-functional teams and manages their interaction with stakeholders and suppliers, establishes and maintains Agile processes, facilitates and supports the Mercedes-Benz carline projects specifically to create world-class customer-facing UI and applications.


As a Project Manager (m/w/x) in the Project and System Team, you will plan and lead the development of application software towards achieving milestone goals, refine the Agile Way of Working and collaborate with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to ensure the team is working as productively as possible. You will define what features drive value to the end-user, and how we will achieve these goals. Most of all, you will be tasked with unblocking the development teams to accelerate the team’s progress. We are looking for a person with a relentless can-do attitude who is excited to solve challenging problems by collaborating with many cross-functional teams.

Your Profile


  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication Technology, Computer Engineering, or a comparable qualification



  • 3+ years experience driving technical cross-functional software projects (embedded and/or cloud)
  • Understanding of agile and classic development processes and tools
  • Hands-on experience with Scrum
  • Solid knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence
  • High degree of expertise and technical understanding for hardware and software architecture, preferably for automotive infotainment systems
  • Software development skills (for example C++, Python, Java) and modern software development practices


Nice to have:

  • Experience in automotive and/or infotainment products
  • Understanding of challenges and constraints within the automotive domain and processes
  • International experience

Proficient in English. German is a plus
