Quality Assurance Manager (QA) for Way of Working (all genders) - Berlin

Your Mission
As Quality Assurance Manager for Way of working you will work in a team of automotive and agile process experts focused on our agile scaling framework “Way of Working”. Way of Working is our internal process framework which currently supports 5 departments, numerous projects and defines how we collaborate across more than 2.000 developers and more than 15 suppliers. In the future, we plan to make this source of agile and automotive best practices available to even more teams and projects.
 
In this role, you will ensure that our processes are compliant with requirements from A-SPICE and ISO. You will plan and lead process assessments to identify gaps. You will evolve, improve, and maintain Way of Working in order to help us mature it towards a state-of-the art automotive process landscape. 
 
In addition, you will work closely with our process experts in teams and within suppliers to help them reach ASPICE and ISO requirements. This means highlighting gaps through audits or dashboards, but also coaching the organization to develop a quality mindset. 
Your Profile
  • Experience
    • 5 years of relevant job experience as Quality Engineer or Process Quality Manager
    • Knowledge of ASPICE and ISO 9001 and experience in change management to bring it into the organization. Basic Knowledge of ISO 21434 and ISO 26262 
    • Experience from working in complex IT projects, preferably for the automotive industry
    • Experience with agile development frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS or Scrum@Scale) and tools (e.g. Jira or Confluence)

  • Nice to have
    • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
    • Project management experience
    • Experience with Data analytic and/or DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Artifactory) for the purpose of review, tracking and audits
    • Experience with Automotive APQP, DFMEA/PFMEA, Functional Safety
    • ASPICE Provisional Assessor / ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification.
