HR Project Expert with focus in law (all genders) - Berlin

Your Mission
  • You will overtake responsibility for advising on legal issues, handling legal matters, drafting, reviewing and negotiating on various legal documents, HR guidelines and processes instructions such as employee benefits, company car, labor time etc.
  • You will consult the HR Team as well as internal stakeholders on data protection, general contract law, corporate matters and compliance
  • You will work closely with the HR team and support and advice on all aspects of German labor law in cooperation with external legal counsel
  • You will initiate your own projects (e.g. company pension plan, HR quality standards, annual salary review process, compensation and benefits, roll-in HR-Tool).
  • Together with your team members you will manage adhoc request as well as legal business requirements
Your Profile
  • University degree in Law and ideally several years of professional experience in a corporate legal department and IT Law
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law & compliance is desirable
  • Strong communication skills, confident demeanor and the ability to convey complex legal issues in an understandable manner
  • You have experience using Microsoft Office package

  • You are characterized by a high degree of high level of assertiveness, self-initiative, communication and negotiation skills, stress resistance, precision and social competence.
  • You are innovative and creative

Language skills
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
