Your Mission

At MBition, we are bringing digital luxury to mobility users around the world. To accomplish this, we are redefining how software is developed within the automotive field as part of an international Mercedes-Benz software development network. As a 100% subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, we develop and integrate the next generation of Mercedes-Benz in-car infotainment systems that are based on the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MBOS). In addition, we are responsible for the Mercedes me companion app, we provide seamless & connected mobility experiences and we contribute to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) platform development. With offices in Berlin and Sofia, we are aiming to bring new generation of innovative infotainment systems across the globe.

To create the best possible user experience for our products, we put our customers at the center of all decisions. Our goal is to involve the user in all phases of the development process, following the design framework “right problem, right solution, done right”.

Sneak preview of your future tasks

  • Support us in our research projects and provide hands- on support to multiple products through user studies
  • Gain experience in a set of qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Help us innovate our research practice and strengthen the role of research as a strategic component in the product development process
  • Develop and defend a deep understanding of our users and represent the voice of the customer to influence product decisions and shape feature prioritization
  • Learn how to effectively communicate and promote our research findings within MBition and Mercedes-Benz, build a network and foster collaborations with market researchers and data analysts
  • Work closely with other researchers, designers, developers and product managers
  • Be a key player in our user-driven culture

Your Profile

Your Profile
We are looking for an ambitious working student to support our strategic, creative and innovative think tank for new concept developments with a forward-looking vision.


  • Ongoing studies in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human Factors or a similar field related to UX Research.
  • You enjoy conducting research and may already have experience from your studies or a previous job that you can tell us about
  • You have good communication skills, are team oriented and are familiar with the preparation of presentations and are interested in exploring research questions in depth
  • You work proactively, goal-oriented and structured


  • Fluent in German and English
